Exterior Painting

We begin by pressure washing the exterior siding of the house. This will free the dirt and debris, take off any loose paint and prepare the surface for the new coating to adhere with the strongest possible bond. The drying time for the house is usually about a week but can vary depending on the weather conditions at the time. 

As we then prepare the surface, we also inspect for rotted wood prior to the paint being applied. We use ample drop cloths to protect plants and walkways and we remove light fixtures when necessary. All exteriors are brush painted not sprayed, resulting in a more consistent application that will last longer.
